Customer Service Leadership Role

A position as a customer service team leader involves overseeing the customer care business, identifying key performance indicators, and driving critical metrics efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing immediate supervision to customer care staff, handling customer service issues, and proactively identifying and solving complex problems that impact team functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Understand the customer care business and identify relevant KPIs to drive critical metrics efficiently.
  2. Provide immediate supervision to customer care staff and operate with autonomy in a sophisticated environment.
  3. Handle customer service issues through direct action or referral to the appropriate individual or department.
  4. Proactively identify, define, and solve complex problems impacting team efficiency.
Requirements
  • A graduate with a consistent track record of leadership in their previous role.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience in order management.
  • Must have led a team for at least 1-2 years.
  • Experience in quality management is desired.
  • Proficiency in SAP or Salesforce is an advantage.

This role requires strong digital literacy, including Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work under pressure, adapt to different tasks, and prioritize effectively.
