Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary Service Delivery Design Leader to spearhead the development and implementation of our Global Model for Digital Building Service Delivery & Execution.

  • Develop a comprehensive framework, process, technology, and support structure for execution at central hubs and key countries.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design for services delivery, building a vision on services delivery for the digital buildings scope.
  • Influence new service offers with offer managers to define onboarding & operations delivery models.
  • Develop service strategies related to tools & technology, systems & processes, local & remote delivery.
  • Identify address service delivery inefficiencies and propose solutions to reduce them.
  • Leverage the use of central services such as Connected Service Hub (CSH) and Global Engineering Center (GEC).
Service Development
  • Collaborate with country delivery teams to capture as-is situations on tools, practices & areas of improvement.
  • Harmonize service delivery practices, as it relates to globally defined service offers.
  • Identify and publish recommended resource blueprints for services.
  • Align delivery models with customer success best practices.
  • Establish a global community of practitioners on services delivery & operations, animating on a regular basis.
  • Track KPIs & OKRs to measure the effectiveness and success of the services delivery model and execution.
Technological Innovation
  • Identify and qualify digital technologies to maximize execution efficiency, streamline workflows, and standardization.
  • Support the design of digital customer & service delivery experiences, spanning strategic & low-touch accounts.
  • Collaborate with Global Services teams to leverage existing blueprints for EcoCare services across other BUs.
  • Collaborate with Global CSH leaders on operations improvement, service expansion, and competency development in the CSH.
Requirements
  • A strong background in services delivery in building technologies, driving transformations.
  • Knowledge of build services delivery blueprints, operating model designs, and process flows.
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills and ability to make fast-informed decisions, challenging the status quo.
  • Ability to develop business cases, growth plans, strategy, and animate communities.
  • Proficient at building networks and collaborating with global cross-functional teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in building management services or business development or service delivery.
  • Prior experience in building automation technologies is strongly desired.
  • Willingness to travel: 10%.
