We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.
Job Description- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through daily interactions via chat and email, ensuring timely issue resolution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with customers to identify and solve problems, demonstrating a proactive approach to customer engagement.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, tailoring responses to meet individual expectations.
Analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions, utilizing excellent judgment skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, providing detailed notes on actions taken and next steps required.
Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, applying knowledge to ensure seamless service delivery.
Pursue ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance product and process knowledge.
Meet or exceed performance targets, including Chat Quality, CSAT & DSAT metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a minimum of six months' experience in customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary degree preferred.
- Able to pass a background check.
