Customer success is crucial in driving long-term partnerships and delivering measurable business impact. As a customer success manager, you will play a pivotal role in understanding the needs of our enterprise customers and designing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers during pre-sales and pilot phases to understand their business requirements and develop customized plans.
  • Translate customer use cases into clear implementation strategies, call flows, and customer journeys.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of solutions, ensuring timely completion, adherence to scope, and alignment with customer expectations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams to manage integrations, conduct UATs, and bring accounts live.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Lead project planning and governance, facilitating smooth communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.
Requirements:
  • 4–7 years of experience in solutioning, implementation, account management, or pre-sales consulting roles.
  • Background in SaaS, enterprise software, AI, or financial services/fintech preferred.
  • Strong track record of owning customer implementations from pilot to go-live with measurable business impact.
  • Hands-on experience with system integrations (telephony, CRMs, APIs, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence both CXOs and operational stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Highly agile and proactive, comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Natural collaborator with the ability to work cross-functionally across product, engineering, and business teams.
