Business Partnership Executive

The primary role of a Business Partnership Executive is to support the sales of life insurance business to equity & securities customers.

  • Collaborate with Branch Managers on business implementation plans to drive growth and meet productivity targets.
  • Activate branch staff, provide closure support, and log in applications sourced by them.
  • Tap into the database of the branch and ensure authentic documentation for all applications.
  • Build relationships with HDFC Securities branch staff and work towards achieving business and productivity targets effectively.
  • Prospect and meet customers within and outside the Branch as required.
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Achieve branch staff activation targets.
  • Work collectively with HDFC Securities staff and conduct joint sales calls to achieve business numbers.
  • Seek commitment from channel partners to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage relationships between internal teams and channel partners to foster sales and maintain responsiveness to requirements.
  • Provide necessary support to the channel partner as the face of the parent company.
  • Effectively execute marketing activities as per Partner's requirement.
