Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, leadership, key contacts, and across the broader business.
  • Gain a sound understanding of assigned businesses (structure, nature of work, and business challenges) to anticipate future recruitment needs and ensure sourcing strategy alignment.
  • Ensure effective communication with hiring manager communities and senior stakeholders, facilitating a consultative recruitment experience through knowledge sharing and accurate reporting.
  • Become a key contact point for recruitment, sourcing, or strategy queries/issues arising in the team.
  • Analyze and communicate recruitment trends, results, and insights to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance, and reduce risk.
  • Communicate process and benefits of the solution to key stakeholders, including changes in process, new initiatives, and additional service offerings.
  • Governance and Compliance (Team, Recruiting Numbers, Policy, Process, Procedure).
  • Extensive experience in Sourcing and hands-on recruiting will be key to this role.

Requirements:

  • Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
  • Experience: 8+ Years in Search/RPO Firms OR Quick learners with excellent communication skills and a strong zeal to nurture a career in RPO space.

Desired Competencies:

  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication.
  • Strong experience in hiring for Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Corporate roles preferably in Steel, mining, chemical industry, agrochemicals, fertilizer, pharmaceutical, petrochemicals, and FMCG space.
  • Strong knowledge of professional network and job portals usage.
  • Head Hunting Skills.
  • Positive attitude towards work.
  • Experience in engaging specialized, high-skilled, or difficult-to-attract talent.
  • High target and delivery orientation.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management (ATS), and Boolean searches.
