Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Tech Support Specialist to join our team at MyOperator. As a Tech Support Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients and ensure they have a verified Facebook account.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure the activation process is completed.
  • Build and maintain reports on activation status.
  • Develop strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Provide excellent customer service with a positive and helpful attitude.
