Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Tech Support Specialist to join our team at MyOperator. As a Tech Support Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and ensure they have a verified Facebook account.
- Follow up with clients to ensure the activation process is completed.
- Build and maintain reports on activation status.
- Develop strong written and spoken English skills.
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive and helpful attitude.
