- As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our WABA clients.
- Key tasks will include verifying clients' Facebook accounts, following up on activation status, and providing top-notch customer support.
- Strong written and spoken English skills are a must, as well as a positive and helpful attitude towards clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to multitask will also be valuable assets in this role.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong passion for sales and a desire to pursue a career in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
