Senior Learning Strategist Job

As a highly skilled and experienced professional, you will be responsible for developing impactful learning strategies that drive employee growth and align with business objectives.

This role requires a proven track record in learning program design, leadership training, and the ability to inspire and engage diverse teams across the organization.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design innovative learning programs that support business goals and future needs.
  • Develop scalable training initiatives for leadership development, employee engagement, and talent retention.
  • Lead the creation and facilitation of high-impact training programs, including communication skills, behavioral skills, and analytical skills.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning through tailored leadership training programs and frameworks.
  • Partner with senior leaders, HR, and department heads to identify organizational learning needs and create customized training roadmaps.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders, ensuring alignment between training initiatives and business objectives.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless access, tracking, and reporting of training metrics.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven approaches, including participant feedback, performance metrics, and ROI analysis.
  • Mentor team members on advanced facilitation techniques and instructional design methodologies.
  • Coordinate workshops, seminars, and e-learning initiatives, handling logistics and resource allocation.
  • Create high-quality instructional materials, including manuals, presentations, and digital content.
