Job Description

The Chief Marketing Strategy Officer will lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to optimize digital channels, drive return on investment (ROI), and scale performance across search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and social media.

This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Create and execute strategic plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Analyze Data and Market Trends: Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase website traffic and conversion rates.
  • Deliver Insights and Reporting: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Optimize Budgets and Resources: Conduct regular reviews to ensure optimal use of budget and resources, and identify areas for cost reduction and process improvements.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Marketing Strategy Officer with 10+ years of experience in marketing operations/e-commerce, who can lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

A strong leadership style, combined with expertise in automation, analytics, SEO, PPC, email, and social media, will be essential in this role.
