Senior Vice President / Chief Operating Officer

The company is seeking an experienced professional to assume the role of Senior Vice President / Chief Operating Officer.

This position entails managing a large team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring timely shipments and high-quality products.

Key responsibilities include managing manufacturing-related activities, such as on-time shipments, AQL, efficiency, and other quality control measures. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Lean Manufacturing strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Weaving and Textile Manufacturing, with at least 28 years of experience in the industry. They should also have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and stakeholders.

The position requires a degree in a relevant field, such as Textile Engineering or Management. The ideal candidate will be able to lead and manage a team of professionals with expertise in various areas, including Industrial Engineering and Planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 28 years of experience in textile manufacturing, preferably in Weaving or Cotton Production.
  • Strong understanding of Industrial Engineering, Planning, and Lean Manufacturing concepts.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in directing teams and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as Textile Engineering or Management.
