Human Resources Manager Job

The Human Resources Manager will lead the employee acquisition process, manage the full-cycle recruitment process, and collaborate with stakeholders to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, source candidates, conduct interviews, make hiring recommendations, offer compensation packages & employment contracts, and onboard new hires.
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration: Process employee payroll accurately, calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, statutory deductions, and other compensation components. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and industry standards.
  • Employee Development/Performance Management: Design and implement employee training programs, manage performance evaluations, and assess, benchmark, and recommend adjustments to benefits and compensation structures against industry benchmarks.
  • HRIS Administration: Maintain accurate attendance records, update HR policies, ensure smooth operation of day-to-day HR functions, oversee and manage the company's HR Information System (HRIS) for employee data/records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Meticulous and organized.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
