We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Operations team.
Job Description:This role is responsible for sourcing and identifying potential interviewers for various roles, leveraging professional platforms, and ensuring a smooth pipeline for the Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities:- Interviewer/Panel Sourcing: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms to identify potential interviewers.
- Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a talent pool of interviewers across various industries and roles.
- Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate Interviewer's fit for specific roles. Shortlist based on qualifications, experience, and job requirements.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized database of potential Interviewers, ensuring regular follow-ups. Track and report sourcing activities and results.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the internal team to understand hiring needs and priorities. Provide support in scheduling interviews and managing communications.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and talent market dynamics. Suggest strategies to improve sourcing effectiveness.
