Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Professional to lead our recruitment efforts in the warehousing industry.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level positions, sourcing candidates through various channels, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Recruitment Cycle: End-to-end management of the recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing to final selection.
  • Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent in the market.
  • Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience and enhancing employer branding.
  • Recruitment Dashboards: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment dashboards to track progress and ensure timely completion of recruitment cycles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the warehousing/logistics industry.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent mapping.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
