**Job Description:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive Intern to drive the recruitment and management of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for our programs. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, aligning interviews, onboarding SMEs, and managing agreements & payments.

This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about talent acquisition, program operations, and excited to work in a high-growth startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential Subject Matter Experts through job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Schedule, manage interviews between SMEs and internal stakeholders and ensure seamless onboarding by managing documentation, agreements, and orientation.
  • Maintain SME contracts, profiles, deliverables in collaboration with the program team.
  • Work with Finance to ensure timely processing of SME payments.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with content and delivery teams and act as the first point of contact for SMEs, ensuring smooth communication and engagement.
  • Support the program team in refining SME hiring and engagement processes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Pursuing/completed graduation or post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
