Talent Acquisition Strategist

A key role in hiring top tech and product talent as a Talent Acquisition Strategist. You will lead full-cycle recruiting, leveraging data-driven insights, and executing leadership hiring within a high-growth SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive end-to-end recruitment for technology and product roles with a seamless hiring experience.
- Develop strategic hiring plans to attract top-tier talent in engineering, product management, and leadership functions.
- Build and manage recruitment dashboards and analytics to track key hiring metrics and drive continuous improvements.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and build a proactive talent pipeline.
- Leverage data-driven recruitment insights to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire.
- 6+ years of Talent Acquisition (Recruitment experience) in a corporate setting with full life cycle recruiting experience.
- Excellent business partnering skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Collaborate with business leaders on manpower plans and hiring strategies.
- Create & maintain recruitment dashboard and regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Advise hiring managers on talent availability, salary ranges and market trends.
- Set & deliver high customer service standards to both internal and external candidates.
- Drive innovative resourcing solutions to attract the best talent.
- Maintain talent pipelines within a line of business through targeted candidate relationship interactions.
- Manage candidate inquiries, candidate care and facilitate employee processes involving candidates.
- Consult on selection decisions and offers, frequently involving complex terms and conditions.
