We are seeking a highly skilled ITSM developer to fill this role.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing technical solutions using the Service Now platform, specifically focusing on ITSM-related modules. This includes developing, testing, configuring, and integrating modules from ServiceNow, particularly in all ITSM modules such as Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Portal, Flow Designer, and CSDM.

The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow ITSM, custom app development, configuring ServiceNow ITSM modules, Portal, and front-end. They should also have hands-on developer experience in ITSM, Scoped Application design, Workflow or Flow Designer, Integration Hub, B2B integrations, and deep understanding of REST, WSDL, JSON, and ability to integrate with other third-party applications, data sources.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM, custom app development, configuring ServiceNow ITSM modules, Portal, and front-end.
  • Hands-on developer experience in ITSM, Scoped Application design, Workflow or Flow Designer, Integration Hub, B2B integrations.
  • Deep understanding of REST, WSDL, JSON, and ability to integrate with other third-party applications, data sources.
  • Expertise in configuring UI Actions/UI Policy/ACL/Client Scripts, Business Rules, Inbound Actions, Macros, CSS based UX/UI design & development, and JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, JSON Web technologies.
  • Experience with Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards.
