Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished IT professional to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of core ITSM modules, scripting languages, integrations, and ServiceNow best practices.

Additionally, we require a proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality solutions that meet enterprise standards.

To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture, design, and development efforts for ITSM implementations on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and guidelines.
  • Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service management, preferably with ServiceNow.
  • Deep knowledge of core ITSM modules, scripting languages, and integrations.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications in ServiceNow or related technologies are a plus.
