Job Overview:

You will develop and execute strategic channel sales plans, manage relationships with channel partners, and drive revenue growth as a Channel Account Manager. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence through effective partner collaboration and performance optimization.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish product and domain expertise by understanding product functionalities, market positioning, competitive landscape, and product-market fit.
  • Build and maintain healthy relationships with partner teams, prospects, and customers across various geographies.
  • Owning assigned sales targets, working closely with partner sales teams.
  • Collaborating with internal functions like presales, customer success, marketing, and support to ensure seamless support for partners and customers.
  • Understanding local markets thoroughly, including factors influencing buyer's decisions such as economy, technology, and so on.
  • Assisting partners with issues related to conversions, objection handling, providing necessary resources to achieve closure.
  • Discovering and implementing new or market-specific lead generation exercises to supplement inbound lead generation, working closely with marketing teams and reseller sales teams.
Requirements:

Required:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the US region.
  • 5-6 years' experience in Channel partnership development.
  • B2B SaaS market exposure is preferred.
