Job Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Assistant Manager located in our facility. The incumbent will be responsible for managing Human Resources Operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR Policies, and overseeing various HR management tasks.

The role involves day-to-day HR Administrative Work, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace environment. It requires strong knowledge of Human Resources practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HR Operations, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR Policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Foster a positive workplace environment through effective communication and team building.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR Management and Operations.
  • Experience in handling Employee Relations and HR Policies.
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
