Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to support our day-to-day operations.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and general operations. This role involves maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating HR processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting the organization's operational needs.

This includes managing employee documentation, processing benefits updates, and consolidating employee records in a centralized system. The ideal candidate will also possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of HR and/or operations support experience
  • Strong organizational and data management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Paylocity, Blue Marble) and Microsoft Office Suite
