We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as IT Procurement Specialist
This role involves managing end-to-end procurement of IT products and services for our global offices. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in IT procurement, and a strong understanding of procurement processes.
About the Role:
- Manage purchase requisitions, ensure procurement needs are met within defined processes and SLAs
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers
- Create defect-free purchase orders and contracts
- Maintain healthy business relationships with suppliers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of procurement activities
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5-10 years' experience in IT procurement
- Hands-on experience in ERP platforms, preferably Oracle Apps
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Team player with a customer-oriented approach
