Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to establish, nurture, and expand partnerships with financial institutions in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic alliances, negotiating agreements, and ensuring seamless collaboration between our company and partners to drive mutual growth.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with financial partners, coordinating business activities, and providing support to investors. The role involves facilitating communication between partners and clients, ensuring smooth business operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and businesses.
  • Identify and acquire new financial partners across India.
  • Onboard new partners to expand our network.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements to align with company objectives and partner expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance partner onboarding processes and business platform integration.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, financial services, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, business platforms, and operations.
