Job Title: Payroll Systems Executive

What You'll Do on a Typical Day:

  • Maintain compliance with internal and external payroll and time & labor laws, policies, and practices for all aspects of payroll processing.
  • Create and maintain a customer-centric environment to support and assist customers/business partners with inquiries to drive value-added services.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of pay calculation rules, including new hires, terminations, time processing, and payroll adjustments for assigned markets, as well as general knowledge of local laws governing payroll processing.
  • Audit and maintain payroll & timekeeping records in compliance with established standards.
  • Promote process documentation and controls, adhering to SLAs and policies.
  • Identify and address payroll challenges by challenging the status quo and executing process improvements.
  • Process paper forms accordingly.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR/Payroll, Finance, or Operations is required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, vendor management, control, and customer servicing skills are desired.
  • Understanding of payroll tax laws, processes, and policies is essential.
  • Knowledge of Workday, SAP, MSA, or other payroll systems is preferred.
  • The ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving and rapidly changing matrix environment is necessary.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is expected.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required.
