Chief Growth Officer - Sales

We seek a results-driven sales professional to spearhead our business growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue expansion through strategic partnerships, team management, and customer relationship building.



Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve quarterly targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners to identify new business opportunities and close deals.
  • Lead and motivate high-performing sales teams to achieve exceptional results and deliver outstanding customer service.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive business decision-making.
  • Promote the company's products and services through effective communication and presentation skills.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or senior sales roles.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and inform business decisions.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and technologies.
