Chief Compensation Strategist

We help clients address their most critical challenges and capitalize on opportunities by leveraging our expertise in compensation, data analysis, and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and maintain executive compensation bonus tools to streamline processes and enhance decision-making.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
- Design and update Tableau dashboards to reflect the latest compensation data.
- Develop and present compelling reports and visualizations to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve tools, models, and workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master/MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of corporate experience in compensation or a related field.
- Familiarity with reward practices, market data, and compensation modeling.
- Ability to drive analysis and process improvement.
- Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Global Compensation team members and leadership.
- HR teams locally and globally.
- Business stakeholders and finance professionals.
