Chief Financial Strategist

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned Financial Strategist to drive business profitability and cost synergies.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with financial leaders to present regular cost dashboards, trend analysis decks, monthly and quarterly performance decks, variance analysis decks, next month cost estimations and budgets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cost Optimization Projects: Work on cost optimization projects, including implementation and execution.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, as well as conduct periodic forecasting at weekly, daily, and monthly levels for proactive corrective measures.
- Business Cases and Cost Analysis: Create business cases for upcoming projects and conduct cost-benefit analysis.
- CAPEX vs OPEX Analysis: Analyze CAPEX vs OPEX, considering payback period, risk on investments, etc.
- Cost Variance Analysis: Conduct proactive cost variance analysis at an overall country/region to the last unit level against previous months/budgets/forecasts and perform root cause analysis of variances.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with vendors to create leverage on costs.
- Report Automation: Implement automated agile environment within finance to enable real-time reporting.
- Management Accounting: Work closely with financial leaders to present regular cost dashboards, trend analysis deck, monthly and quarterly performance deck, variance analysis decks, next month cost estimations and budget, and other ongoing cost optimization projects.
