Chief Financial Strategist

As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial stability and growth of our organization. You will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- MIS Gap Identification: Identify gaps in our Management Information System (MIS) with respect to set targets, ensuring that financial data aligns with organizational goals.
- Budgetary Control & Reporting: Implement and monitor budgetary control processes and provide accurate financial reporting to key stakeholders.
- Financial Reporting to Board of Directors: Share financial reports with the Board of Directors, providing reasoning, analysis, and detailed insights into financial performance.
- Long-Term Financial Strategy: Prepare long-term financial strategies to help our organization achieve its overall goals.
- Working Capital & Cash Flow Management: Oversee and manage working capital and cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
- Experience in preparing detailed project reports and monitoring the payback period of investments.
- Expertise in budget preparation, estimate planning, and financial forecasting.
- Timely completion of Quarterly Limited Reviews and Annual Audits to ensure compliance and financial transparency.
