As a seasoned finance professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial strategy of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diligently monitor and control operational costs to optimize unit economics
  • Coordinated audits, ensuring timely compliance and reporting across various stakeholders
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and commercial terms to align with financial objectives
  • Optimize cash flows, working capital, and financial health metrics through strategic planning
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and managing the profit and loss statement to inform business decisions
  • Prepare accurate financial statements for internal and external reporting purposes
  • Provide actionable insights and timely management information to support strategic decision-making
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business growth

For this high-impact leadership role, we are seeking an accomplished Chartered Accountant with 4-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industries or CA firms. Prior experience in the sector is preferred, as is hands-on expertise in managing debt, financial modeling, and government liaisoning. Additionally, proficiency in MS Excel and financial tools is essential, along with excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
