Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Leader to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cost optimization projects, creating business cases for upcoming initiatives, and conducting thorough cost benefit analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work closely with financial stakeholders and present regular cost dashboards.

Responsibilities:- Lead cost optimization projects and implement effective solutions
- Create comprehensive business cases for upcoming projects and conduct detailed cost benefit analysis
- Conduct CAPEX vs OPEX analysis and risk assessment on investments
- Proactive cost variance analysis at an overall country, regional, to unit level
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to create leverage on costs
- Migrate towards automated agile environment within finance
- Manage accounting and present regular cost dashboards, trend analysis deck, monthly and quarterly performance deck, variance analysis decks, next month cost estimations, and budget
- CA qualification with 4-8 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A or Business Finance
- Experience in a startup or e-commerce organization
- Strong background in finance, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
