Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced financial leader to join our team as a Financial Controller. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing financial operations and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Lead and manage the accounting and finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • CA certification (mandatory)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or distribution industry
