Key Responsibilities
  • You will collaborate closely with leaders across the organization to identify, source, and hire top talent across regions.
  • You will advise managers and executives on building an efficient pipeline and workforce planning to achieve hiring targets.
  • Your primary focus will be to recruit for assigned functions based on business needs.
  • You will ensure a high-touch candidate experience from beginning to end while owning full life-cycle responsibilities.
  • You will partner closely with Human Resources, Hiring Managers, Business Operations teams, and leadership to present hiring recommendations and close candidates.
  • You will effectively collaborate with our HR Operations and HR Coordinators team.
  • You will ensure weekly hiring updates and keep stakeholders updated with dashboards.
  • You will manage vendors and their performance to ensure hiring within timelines alongside quality of hire.
  • You will maintain high data integrity with our ATS and other People systems.
  • You will execute Employer Branding Initiatives for Listenlights.
Must-Have Requirements
  • A master's degree in Human Resource Management is preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years.
  • The ideal candidate should have proven experience closing roles like Engineering Projects, Project Controls, BIM Modelling & Design, Corporate Functions, and Quality Control.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills are essential.
  • The candidate must have proven experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The candidate should have extensive exposure in managing source mix – both internal and external job boards.
  • The ideal candidate should be an expert at using job portals and able to train teams on complex searches and best practices.
  • Strong head-hunting skills with the ability to conduct market research and map target passive candidates through company mapping.
  • Negotiation skills and understanding of CTC calculation are necessary.
  • The candidate should be able to prioritize and self-manage to support one of the fastest-growing departments in the company.
  • High energy, passion, and drive, with a strong positive outlook.
  • The candidate should have a database of top candidates for roles they've worked on.
  • Experience with Application Tracking Systems (ATS) like FreshTeams, Workday, BrassRing, CornerStone, TurboHire, and Darwinbox.
  • Familiarity with SOCH Principles and the ability to work accordingly.
  • Preferably analytical and experienced in preparing weekly dashboards on hiring.
