Job Summary

The Sales Business Partner will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This role serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and acts as an employee champion and change agent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with sales leadership to understand business goals and align HR strategies to support these objectives.
  • Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition processes for the sales team, ensuring the recruitment of high-caliber candidates.
  • Performance Management: Support the sales team in setting performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for sales employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on business partnering and supporting sales functions.
Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary: ₹18-22 Lakhs per annum (inclusive of performance-based incentives)
