**Account Manager Role Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team, responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships in the Technology and IT staffing sector.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing client relationships through proactive outreach and tailored solutions.
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying upsell and cross-sell possibilities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified IT candidates to clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients while ensuring their technical staffing requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems and present regular account status reports to senior management.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in account management within the Technology and IT staffing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of IT environments, emerging technologies, and network technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM / ATS and VMS platforms.
