We are seeking a skilled Staffing Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for finding and attracting top talent from across the globe.

Job Responsibilities

The Staffing Solutions Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Posting and managing job adverts across various job boards
  • Performing active candidate outreach via platforms such as LinkedIn
  • Building screening and assessment processes including technical assessments, video interviews, creating questions, marking rubrics, and examples answers
  • Reviewing job applications and marking assessments
  • Performing background checks on candidates
  • Creating candidate shortlists for clients
  • Handling candidate communication and coordination, providing feedback and responses promptly
  • Building and maintaining key relationships with institutional partners such as universities and colleges
  • Building our employer brand awareness and presence through events and networking
  • Continually optimising existing processes
Requirements
