Job Overview
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth strategy of a leading resource management division. This includes developing and executing long-term business development strategies to expand market share and establish your company as a premier staffing partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning your company's solutions with client business goals.
- Business Growth: Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share and establish your company as a premier staffing partner.
- Consultative Selling: Identify workforce challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive client success while ensuring scalability and cost optimization.
- Executive Relationship Management: Build and sustain high-level relationships with senior executives, particularly within Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
- Domestic IT Staffing Expertise: Drive business development specifically within the domestic IT staffing sector, leveraging networks and market knowledge.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Leverage industry insights and analytics to anticipate market shifts, influence strategy, and uncover new revenue streams.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal delivery teams, ensuring that your company's diverse service offerings are seamlessly integrated and represented.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain discipline in pipeline management, client documentation, invoicing, and compliance, ensuring both transparency and scalability.
- Performance Accountability: Consistently achieve business growth targets and contribute directly to your company's overall revenue strategy.
Requirements include 10–20 years' experience in business development, client relations, or staffing/consulting, with a proven track record in domestic IT staffing business development.
A consultative, solution-oriented approach with the ability to influence senior decision-makers is also necessary.
Demonstrated expertise in the GCC (Global Capability Centers) market with deep networks and relationships across technology-driven enterprises is required.
