
Business Development Manager

A seasoned business leader is required to drive growth for a company by identifying and engaging prospective clients to become their preferred staffing vendor.
Key Responsibilities:- Create sales roadmaps with management, engage targets, and develop sales pipelines to deliver revenue goals.
- Agree upon targets and work towards achieving them, ensuring accountability for revenue targets.
- Deliver customized staffing solutions through consultative sales approaches.
- Research and present company services to new clients, penetrating new business through calls, meetings, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, performing outbound calls and consistently following up to obtain job orders.
You will also be responsible for managing client relationships, generating new business, and leveraging existing business relationships to open new opportunities. Your goal is to obtain new inquiries/orders for the company's recruiters to fill, while collaborating with internal teams and motivating/mentoring them when needed.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer base.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. They will also be a strategic thinker, able to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
