Job Title: Business Development Manager

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage, inspire and grow a high-performing team of 60+ telesales executives.

This role involves building a culture of performance, ownership and customer-first thinking. You will be responsible for ensuring targets are achieved, processes run smoothly and every team member is motivated to deliver their best.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of 60+ telesales pharmacists to drive sales outcomes while ensuring top-notch call quality.
  • Partner with the Quality team to monitor metrics, coach underperformers and recognize top achievers.
  • Owning attendance, rosters and workforce planning to ensure zero disruption in daily operations.

Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate (Engineering or related field/ Business schools preferred).
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in telesales / inside sales / call centre sales, with exposure to team handling.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead large groups, inspire performance and make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
