Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving student acquisition and brand awareness through offline marketing strategies in Durgapur. This role involves planning and managing various marketing campaigns, organizing seminars and workshops, and building strong relationships with schools, colleges, and local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute ATL and BTL marketing campaigns to drive student enrollment and brand awareness.
  • Plan and manage hoardings, radio campaigns, newspaper ads, and other above-the-line activities.
  • Implement below-the-line campaigns, including pamphlet distribution, kiosk setups, street activations, and local outreach.
  • Organize and manage educational seminars and workshops in partnership with schools, colleges, and coaching centers.
  • Collaborate with the academic and counseling teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for better return on investment.
  • Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and logistics for on-ground events and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • 4-7 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in the education or consumer industry.
  • Proven expertise in executing ATL & BTL campaigns and educational seminars.
  • Strong network in the education sector (schools, colleges, coaching institutes) in West Bengal is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.
