
Postgraduate Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Professional to join our team.
- This role involves building strong networks with undergraduate colleges, driving student engagement, and promoting our PGDM program.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum 1-year experience in education sales, admissions, or student outreach, established relationships with undergraduate colleges in Hyderabad/Chennai, and excellent communication and presentation skills (English & local language).
Additional requirements include strong networking ability, willingness to travel for outreach, and a graduate/postgraduate degree in Management/Marketing/Education. Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to attract students from top-performing undergraduate colleges.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with academic advisors and department heads at these institutions.
- Event Coordination:
- Organize college fairs, seminars, workshops, and other events to promote our PGDM program.
- Cordinate with the central admissions team to ensure smooth lead conversions.
- Lead Generation and Nurturing:
- Create and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads from undergraduate colleges.
- Nurture these leads through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze data on outreach activities, lead conversions, and student engagement.
- Provide regular reports to stakeholders on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum 1-year experience in education sales, admissions, or student outreach.
- Relationship Building: Established relationships with undergraduate colleges in Hyderabad/Chennai.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & local language).
- Networking: Strong networking ability and willingness to travel for outreach.
- Educational Background: A graduate/postgraduate degree in Management/Marketing/Education.
