Job Overview:
- The Capture Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and capturing new opportunities in the public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive strategies for teaming, pricing, and proposal development.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities and coordinate with stakeholders to prepare for upcoming procurements.
- Review and qualify RFIs and RFPs, driving the proposal process forward.
- Collaborate on written proposals, gathering information through interviews and developing compelling content.
- Maintain reference databases for technical, management, and past performance data.
- Conduct after-action reviews for all contracts, documenting lessons learned and adjusting capture techniques accordingly.
Requirements:
- Experience in capture-related activities for Federal or State procurements.
- A proven track record of winning staffing and SOW-based proposals in the Public Sector.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, logical, and persuasive documents.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, including an understanding of cost and financials.
- Familiarity with GSA and other Federal Schedules.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., English, Journalism, Communications).

- Ability to prioritize, lead, and manage multiple projects and tasks to successful completion.
