Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a consistent pipeline of applications from high-quality customers who require financing for the purchase of used commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, market references, and other key stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage customer requirements by responding in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that all documentation and information related to loan proposals are obtained in a timely manner to adhere to our 'First Time Right' principle.
  • Identify and generate leads for cross-sell products such as saving accounts, current accounts, term deposits, and FASTag.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with policies, processes, and regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications.
