- Provide actionable insights based on local market dynamics to inform strategic business plans.
- Design and implement location-specific business development strategies to boost growth.
Relationship Building
- Cultivate strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and support functions.
- Foster an engaging and motivating work environment for agents.
- Regularly review agent performance and provide coaching to ensure ongoing improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools.
