customer benefits.
- Executive effective Distribution, communication strategy.
Take it forward to the sales team so as to enable them

- Planning and achieving Primary & Secondary Sales
Targets.
- Evaluating and recommending new distributors.
- Monitoring distributors’ credit control mechanism and
supporting him.
- Allocating time to visit all the distributors’ markets
regularly.
- Review orders (secondary & primary sales) from retail
market, ensure supplies to distributor and monitor
payment flow from him.
- Ensure adherence to the meeting and reporting
compliance.
- Implement sales promotion schemes, distributor
engagement.
- Train the sales team continuously on the technical and
- Remain engaged with markets by way of periodically
meet all the important retailers and carpenters/
contractors.
- Comprehend competitor strategies in the market and
