Role Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will own the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and managing long-term accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • IDentify and acquire new corporate clients across travel, MICE, and events.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach, and industry partnerships.
  • Presents tailored solutions to clients addressing their corporate travel/event needs.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle including negotiations and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of proven B2B Sales experience in Travel, Events, Hospitality, or MICE industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, lead generation platforms (e.g., Lusha, Apollo), and data-driven sales.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and outcome-focused mindset.
