Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in corporate sales, specializing in retention, cross-selling, and upselling within Employee Health & Benefits and SaaS domains.
- Engage with C-level executives (CXOs) to drive business growth, deepen client relationships, and enhance customer lifetime value.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that focus on retention, cross-sell and upsell opportunities to ensure consistent revenue flow and client satisfaction.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Strong capability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and external partners to deliver holistic client engagement.
- Analytical and results-driven, with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
