
Sales Growth Strategist

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and shaping the market positioning of our tech staffing business. This hybrid role combines sales leadership with strategic thinking, offering an exciting opportunity to build and scale a global go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own revenue targets for the staffing vertical by identifying and pursuing high-value clients globally.
- Develop and maintain a predictable pipeline of global clients through strategic outreach and relationship-building efforts.
- Negotiate and close high-value staffing deals while ensuring client satisfaction and delivering exceptional results.
- Collaborate closely with delivery/recruitment teams to guarantee successful onboarding and retention of clients.
GTM Strategy & Positioning:
Define and implement the go-to-market strategy for our staffing solutions, creating differentiated messaging and narratives that set us apart in the industry. Develop scalable playbooks for both outbound and inbound growth initiatives, driving efficiency and effectiveness in our sales efforts.
Ecosystem & Partnerships:
- Build strategic partnerships with venture capital firms, accelerators, and startup ecosystems to drive referrals and expand our reach.
- Represent our company at industry events, communities, and thought-leadership forums, showcasing our expertise and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Position our company as the go-to partner for building world-class engineering teams, leveraging our unique value proposition to drive growth and success.
Demand Generation & Marketing Enablement:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute demand-gen campaigns, case studies, and content that support our sales efforts. Track key brand visibility metrics, including inbound leads, referrals, and ecosystem mentions, to measure the impact of our marketing initiatives.
Leadership & Growth:
- Work directly with founders to shape pricing, contracts, and market expansion strategies, driving growth and innovation within the company.
- Mentor and enable junior sales hires, fostering their development and helping them achieve their full potential.
- Use market feedback to refine our offerings and GTM strategy, ensuring we remain competitive and aligned with the evolving needs of our clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7-12 years of experience in sales, business development, or GTM leadership, preferably in the staffing, HR tech, or SaaS industries.
- Proven track record of success in closing high-value B2B deals and owning revenue quotas, with a strong understanding of the tech hiring landscape (India + global).
- Excellent storytelling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to balance execution with long-term strategy.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
