Operations Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of agents, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Key responsibilities include achieving and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience in banking operations.
  • Additionally, the ideal candidate will have expertise in anti-money laundering (AML), money laundering (ML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
  • The role requires strong people management skills, including talent development and effective conflict resolution.
  • The Operations Manager will also be responsible for overseeing key performance indicators (KPIs), such as average handling time (AHT), shrinkage, attrition, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
  • The selected candidate will work closely with other teams to resolve issues related to rostering, contact center operations, BPO operations, call center operations, and team handling.
  • The goal is to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness while driving business growth through innovative solutions.
