Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager to lead our Workspace ONE team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.

This position involves overseeing engineering projects from inception to delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and scope alignment. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing project risks, providing technical guidance, tracking team performance metrics, and leading the development lifecycle.

Key qualifications include hands-on experience in software development C#.Net, SQL Server/Microsoft technologies, strong architectural and design skills, and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of engineers focused on building innovative features and capabilities for the Workspace ONE UEM platform.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership in designing and developing scalable enterprise-grade software.
  • Solve complex technical challenges using data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills:

  • Deep hands-on experience in software development C#.Net, SQL Server/Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong architectural and design skills for scalable secure cloud-native solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring.
