Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of high-quality, scalable web applications using React, Redux, and modern front-end technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of front-end best practices and contribute to the evolution of our UI architecture.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement in our front-end capabilities.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React, Redux, and modern front-end technologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Agile practices.
